Dr Jianzheng Liu is a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Urban Planning and Design, Faculty of Architecture of The University of Hong Kong. He is also a visiting researcher at Department of Land Economy of Cambridge University.
Dr Liu’s research mainly focuses on two strands of areas: (1) socioeconomic policies relating to built environment and well-being, including urban air pollution, green space and mental health; (2) computational methodologies and their use in urban analysis, including GIS, RS, visualization and big data analytics.
Dr Liu received his PhD degree at The University of Hong Kong in 2016. He also holds an MSc degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Peking University, and a BSc degree in Geographical Information Science at East China Normal University in Shanghai.
